Lymphatic drainage Massage

For the hot stones I use basalt- these dense volcanic stones hold their heat for a long time and release it slowly. Reiki

Reiki is a gentle and effective way to activate the body's own healing mechanisms, which can have a restorative effect on the mind, body, emotion and spirit. Reiki is a powerful and relaxing treatment that works on the whole person. The treatment involves placing my hands on your clothed body, the touch is light and comfortable - there is no massage or manipulation. There is no right or wrong way to experience Reiki, you may feel sensations such as heat, tingling or coolness. There are many types of Reiki, I am a trained Usai Reiki master and also practise the compassionate Karuna Reiki.

Indian Head Massage

Indian head massage brings about a feeling of inner peace. It concentrates on the areas most vulnerable to stress and tension. Massage of the face, scalp and neck relieves tension by increasing blood flow thus nourishing the scalp and helping relieve headaches and eye strain and massage of the upper arms and back helps to reduce stiff shoulder joints. When our bodies are out of balance Indian head massage helps restore a sense of tranquility leaving you relaxed yet energized.
