Common questions about massage
What do I do?
Whether this is your 1st or 100th massage I shall always provide a welcoming smile and warm hands full of energy just for you.
Where does the massage happen?
Let me reassure you that my professional comfortable massage table is adjustable to suit all needs. I use a proper drape (a sheet), which rests on top of your body and provides a boundary between you and me. It is the perfect solution for providing a feeling of personal privacy as well as a sense of security for you.
What do I wear?
You may wear as little or as much as you feel comfortable with. Only the part of your body being massaged will be uncovered at any one time so the rest of the body remains warm under the sheet. There is a toilet and shower for your convenience. At the end of your massage you'll have time to change, take a drink and prepare yourself to rejoin the world totally relaxed and rejuvenated.
Which massage should I choose?
Our needs change everyday –so take the time to listen to your body-and I can personalize your massage to your needs so please allow an extra 15 minutes for a confidential consultation, time to take a drink and allow time to absorb the benefits of your massage. Don't hesitate to communicate your needs whilst I work on you.
